Return and Exchange Policy Alexander Fashions guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. We have an unconditional  return policy on all items with tags still attached, unworn, and unused. All Returns must come  with their original packing and labels. We do not accept items that have been worn or altered.  Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price minus a 15% Restocking Fee.  Shipping fees are not refunded. All Refunds takes 5-7 business days to process from date of  receipt. You must make a request to return your item within 7 days, otherwise it will be deemed  that you are satisfied with your purchase and the sale will become final.  Alexander Fashions requires any exchange packages should be accompanied by a note that  includes the following: 1 Full Name and Address 2 Shipping Zip Code 3 Reason for the return  4 Item you would like to exchange for  All Clearance items are final with no return or money back.
